Awarded by the Presidency of the Italian Republic with “Italy in the World Award” that usually it is given annually. The last year touched now to New York and to Caracas. Between the awarded ones they are the tenor Luciano Pavarotti, Zeffirelli Franc among others. Wladimiro Politano, painter and sculptor, reside in Venezuela from year 70 and work alternatively between Caracas, New York and Europe and in his curriculum is numerous International prizes.
