Biographies: Diego Barboza

Text

Flowers have been, and will always be, a source of inspiration for artists throughout times. Great masters have brought beauty and hope across the years using flowers as a persistent motivation.

Barboza's flowers arrive from all places and times, they bloom from the artist's inner world carrying his feelings. His flowers are full of passion, invade the surroundings and ultimately join the rest of Barboza's world for these flowers are not alone. They are one with the artist's personal belongings, old candleholders, clocks out of time, chairs and fragmented tables, all of it created with that special touch that characterizes the work of this Venezuelan master.
